Shipping policy

At ClenchRelief.com our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across the country, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

-Processing time: Order verification, picking, quality check, and packaging. We strive to get all orders sent within one business day after the order is placed. The Clench Relief® Mouthpieces and accessories are hand-packaged so we are not always able to meet this goal but we do our best.

-Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders are typically shipped via USPS.  After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 7 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. We offer expedited shipping that includes overnight and 2-day options.

We strive to offer shipping options to meet the needs of our wide range of customers. When possible we offer free or discounted flat-rate shipping and express shipping options.
