ClenchRelief holds my jaw in a position that makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. It is custom fit to my mouth. My jaw pain is much better since I started using it. I’m so glad I got it. The entire process was smooth and easy and very convenient, completely online.
I’ve been pleasantly surprised how I can wear the ClenchRelief mouthpiece nearly all day – and talk while wearing it! Even works while I exercise. It has really relieved pain in my neck and jaw, so I try to wear it as much as possible. And extra helpful, it comes with two sets of putty which is great because I messed up the first one I tried to make - REMINDER, watch the fit instructions.

The TMJ mouthpiece helps with pain and alignment. Before using this mouthpiece, I would have had lots of muscular TMJ pain caused from clenching and would get severe jaw pain, headaches, and neck pains. This device takes pressure off of my jaw
This product really works. It has user friendly directions and over time after using the mold nightly the pain went away. My dentist did not recommend it. He was very closed minded to using a mold to correct TMJ and encouraged surgical intervention. I am so thankful to clench Relief Pro for all their support. they were there to answer all of my concerns.
This product has definitely helped my jaw and neck pain. I believe I grind and clench at night. The device is easy to make and more comfortable than the drugstore mouth guards. I highly recommend!
idk If anyone relates, but at some point I was waking up every single morning locked up. During the day I can keep proper jaw posture, but at night I have no idea what happens. Maybe I clench, maybe my mouth opens. So I have no control over preventing lockjaw. But with this id just wear it at night and boom, no lockups in the morning. Not sure if it works for everyone, but that’s the beauty of the price. A custom splint would normally cost thousands of dollars, so it definitely doesn’t hurt to try.
This mouthpiece has honestly made a huge difference for my TMJ. My pain used to be a solid 7/10, and now I’m down to about a 3. That’s not nothing! I use it for about an hour, three times a day, and my headaches have been cut in half. The best part is it actually reminds me to stop clenching my jaw all day, which I didn’t even realize I was doing until I started using this thing.
Now, why four stars and not five? The written instructions were honestly pretty confusing at first. I didn’t realize they had a video showing how to make it, but once I found it on their site, it was actually pretty good and made the process way easier.
Overall, I’m really satisfied and would definitely recommend this to anyone dealing with TMJ. It works, it’s comfortable, and it’s made a real difference for me. Just make sure you check out the video before you start!

The product was easy to prepare and definitely alleviated my nighttime clenching.
I love this product! It greatly helps me from grinding my jaw while I sleep. The putty holds everything in place without any issues. The best mouthpiece I have ever used! Highly recommended, it will not disappoint you!
