STEP 2

Complete Your Intake Questionnaire

You’ll enter our secure, HIPAA-compliant portal to complete a brief medical intake. A dentist licensed in your state, trained in TMJ evaluation, will review your case via secure asynchronous chat. In nearly all cases, they’ll prescribe your Clench Relief® mouthpiece within hours—most within 2–3 hours, all within 24.

STEP 3

Receive & Fabricate 

at Home

Once prescribed, your device ships immediately. The kit includes all materials necessary to fabricate your custom mouthpiece. Using our two-part PVS formulation — the same material used in dental offices for crowns and implants — you’ll mix, roll, pack, and set the device in approximately 15 minutes. STEP 4

Verify Your Fit

After fabrication, you’ll upload photos of your mouthpiece in use through our secure portal. A licensed dentist will review the fit to ensure it meets clinical standards for function, alignment, and comfort. No follow-up appointments or in-office visits required.

Once you've submitted your intake questionnaire, the dentist approves your prescription (usually within 3-24 hours), we ship the kit no later than the following day. Standard Ground Shipping to the West Coast usually takes 1-2 days, East Coast orders take 5-7 days. Expedited shipping is available.

Am I eligible to use the Clench Relief® Pro Rx Mouthpiece (e.g., what dental conditions might disqualify me)?

Clench Relief® Pro Rx is designed for adults with TMJ symptoms like jaw pain, neck pain, clicking, popping, etc. or mild-to-moderate teeth grinding. In the virtual exam, our dentist checks for things like severe gum disease, active infections, or major tooth loss—if any are found, you may need to address them first. Will wearing the Clench Relief® Pro Rx Mouthpiece hurt?

You may experience some mild pain initially. Rehabbing an injured jaw is the same as any other muscle group and there may be some pain before recovery.
